Especializada na criação de carros de competição e personalização esportiva de veículos comuns, S.T.L (Street Tuning Laboratory) é a segunda loja cenário do Kawasaki Project.
A loja fica situada em um prédio de apartamentos, ocupando a área equivalente ao térreo e o primeiro andar. O segundo e terceiro andares são ocupados por apartamentos comuns, acessados via um elevador existente no lobby. Na lateral esquerda fica a escada de incêndio e uma área livre a ser usada como estacionamento para clientes e veículos pertencentes à loja.
Em grande parte o modelo ainda precisa de muito detalhamento, principalmente pelo grande vão aberto na área da loja, dando uma visão total ao interior da mesma. Um dos destaques será um elevador de carga modelado junto à porta da lateral direita, ligando o térreo à área de deposito na sobreloja, e uma escada em espiral, com a mesma função, mas de uso apenas dos funcionários.
